Using QuickBooks in Your Business (QB101)

This fast-paced session helps both new and expreienced users decide what they want to get out of QuickBooks. Money in; Money out (cash-based bookkeeping). Who owes me, and when can I afford to pay my bills. How does this software work? Accounting 101. Looking deeper at your finances. Getting started with QuickBooks. Beyond accounting...managing your business using QuickBooks and integrated software: Accept credit cards, send invoices online, ship via FedEx or UPS, back up your PC online, print labels, create a paperless office, and many more solutions.

QuickBooks Basics (QB102)
This seminar is designed for beginning to intermediate QuickBooks users. Learn how to send invoices, pay bills, reconcile the bank, track credit cards, maintain inventory, pay sales tax, and run useful reports. Tips for better financial bookkeeping will provided, and the Top 10 common mistakes will be highlighted. The presentation, not hands-on, will cover more in less time via watch-and-learn format, and your questions will be answered.
Beyond the Numbers: Using QuickBooks to Run Your Business (QB 103)
For businesses using QuickBooks, Wayne Higdon will present ideas to help you go beyond basic bookkeeping. Topics will include tips such as four critical reports, understanding your financials, managing customers and vendors, and writing letters from QuickBooks. In your choice of break-out sessions for product-based or service-based  companies, a team of QuickBooks experts will demonstrate features for either inventory sales or job costing. Add-on software will also be discussed, including packages that sync with MS Outlook, initiate UPS/FedEx mailings, print labels, manage customer correspondence, and scan documents into QuickBooks. This seminar is designed for intermediate QuickBooks users.  It may also serve anyone considering switching to QuickBooks from another package (or from spreadsheets and Post-It notes).
