We are not IT specialists but can help you with the tech we use in our office:

- e-mail, calendar & contacts - always available, always synced between desktop, web, phone/PDA and iPod Touch. We use Exchange Server hosting from www.apptix.com.
- desktop search - search both Outlook and your documents to never lose a file again! We use Copernic, Windows Desktop Search, plus Spotlight for a Mac.
- fax-to-email (and from email). We use MyFax

- voicemail-to-email - to receive your messages via web or email. We use My1Voice.
- websites like this - do-it-yourself website builder tools from Network Solutions and 1&1
- small office networks using Windows Home Server plus online backup by MozyPro
