We use QuickBooks Time Tracker web-based service with optional Outlook plugin. This is a monthly subscription service from Intuit, the makers of QuickBooks. Its a very good low cost option. The website offers anytime/anywhere time entries. The Outlook pluggin integrates with you calendar to help ensure you capture all your time and reduces duplication of effort.
